With degrees in sports and event management and healthcare administration, and as a three-time collegiate basketball champion, Lavender brings discipline, strategy, and resilience into every aspect of the business.
Now based in West Virginia, Lavender focuses on building Fortis Dynamic and empowering the team to excel. Outside of work, Lavender enjoys Caribbean cuisine, fishing, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
